George H.W. Bush, USA’s former president, is taken to hospital in Maine


The former president of the USA, George H.W. Bush, 93 years old, was taken to a hospital of the state of Maine this Sunday(27), according to a spokesperson of the family.

Bush probably will keep hospitalized a few days in observation of the doctors, said Jim McGrath, the spokesperson.

“President George H.W. Bush was taken to Southern Maine Health Care today after experiencing low blood pressure and fatigue. He will likely remain there for a few days for observation. The former president is awake and alert, and not in any discomfort” , said in Twitter.

Bush was hospitalized last month in Texas for a urinary infection treatment that spread to the blood. He was hospitalized one day after his wife funeral, Barbara, former first lady that died in April 17. Both were married for 73 years.

George H.W. Bush is the father of the former republican president George W. Bush, that served two mandates of 2001 to 2009, and of the former governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, that tried to be president in 2016.
